INTENNSE Preseason Continues: Atlanta vs. Knoxville
Following the opening preseason event where Jacksonville defeated Tampa (196-167), the INTENNSE preseason moves forward with its second match. This time, Atlanta and Knoxville take the court.

What to Expect
Men's and women's singles, along with mixed doubles, will be played in 10-minute "bolts" using the INTENNSE format, ensuring a fast-paced and engaging tennis experience.
Team Atlanta is led by Captain Michaela Gordon, a four-time ITA All-American, two-time NCAA team champion from Stanford, and the 2019 Pac-12 Singles Player of the Year. Their coach, Marcelo Ferreira, has over 15 years of collegiate coaching experience and is a two-time ITA Assistant Coach of the Year.
Team Knoxville is captained by Hunter Reese, a former NCAA Doubles Champion and three-time All-American from the University of Tennessee. Reese has a career-high doubles ranking of No. 73, 12 ATP Challenger titles, and reached the third round of the 2021 US Open. Coach, Scott Patrick, has over 20 years of experience coaching at the Knoxville Racquet Club and has mentored more than 50 players who have gone on to play college tennis.
